RETURN POLICY

All timepieces offered by NextWatch include a 5 day client inspection period. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within the 5 day period at info@nextwatch.com

Refunds will not be honored on any watch after the 5 day inspection period. Refunds will only be considered after the watch is returned safely to NEXTWATCH in the same condition and shipping method in which it was originally sent to the client. A refund will be issued within 7 days after receiving the watch and verifying that it passes a full inspection and condition report.

All returning timepieces must be fully insured at the clients expense, this will be deducted from the refund amount. NEXTWATCH will email you a return label within 24 hours.
